Our Engineering & Technology specialist an honors graduate fresh from her Midi Cruse sh can fix just about anything, her hobbies are swimming & music.Īnd last but not least our Life Sciences Officer, Academically top of her class but lacking leadership potenchial, she distinguished her self on her Midi Cruise that she just completed. The eldest is a class mate of my replacement character who didn't pass his Midi Cruise till his third time around a Planetary Sciences specialist his hobbies are chasing Alien Skirt and Gambling.
Lt, he is a aficionado of distilled beverages and avid wind powered sailor Next up is our Doctor, just from his Midi Cruse he has a direct commission to J.G. his hobby is Pre-Warp Space Flight, he is a honors academy graduate, he has bean transferred from a Constitution Class Starship, he is now the 2nd Helmsmen on his new ship though not command qualified or any idea about non-starship tactics he is the ranking officer of his away team due to his time in rank. not that it's saying much but he's the best with a Phazer and close quarters combat.
Helmsman in his mid 20's the son of Xeno-Archeologist single farther (so hes a journeyman archeologist who reads the local precursor language), from his time in a Klingon prison camp he also speaks a bit of Klingon. My replacement character is a a much less heroically stated but still well above average J.G. the GM confiscated the character for use as an NPC, it wasn't till I got home that I rembered that she was a female version of a main character from an other Roddenberry franchise.
My first character was a but on the "Heroic" side when it came to stats, daughter of a Diplomat and a Scientist did well at the academy, was a big darn hero on her Midi Cruse then was sent to Command Collage before being dropped in to Spec Opps (gm's borrowing from the other old timie ST RPG) so she was part of the "Prime Teams", so by her mid to late 20's she has hit full Commander and earned her own Ship Command, even though Security can't command ships.
Well a friend of mine during the week came across a bunch of FASA Star Trek RPG books and with the GM for this weeks regularly secudualed game having "Lady Problems" (as in problems with his Lady not the other kind) we cracked open these relics of fandom and throw together some TOS era Star Fleet Oficers.
